Freshmax Focuses on Supply Chain

Developing a leadership team with experience that reflects its various businesses has always been a priority for Freshmax.

Against this backdrop, Freshmax Australia has recently appointed Gavin Simkin to their Australia leadership team as Operations & Logistics Manager.

With a broad range of logistics experience covering almost two decades, Gavin has been working in the Fresh Produce industry for almost 10 years. Gavin joins Freshmax Australia as a part of its national leadership team and will form a critical force to drive greater efficiency across the businesses diverse supply chain.

Key areas of focus for Gavin’s role include elevating the company’s health and safety agenda, driving efficiency across the supply chain pan-category, driving operational score cards across all facilities and sites, and taking a leadership role in further driving the business’s increasingly influential third-party services offering.
